FAQs

BEFORE YOUR DOG’S VISIT
What vaccinations does my dog need to stay with CCC?

  • Please have your veterinarian email proof of current vaccinations to caninecountryclubinfo@gmail.com or bring a copy with you.

  • Required vaccinations…Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella administered 48 hours prior to boarding reservation.

What is the minimum age to board?

  • Puppies must be 12 weeks of age or older and must have had at minimum Rabies, DHPP (2 rounds) and Bordetella.

How do I make a reservation?

  • You can call us at 769-291-1998. We will ask you specific questions regarding your dog in order to set up a profile and create a reservation.

Can I take a tour of CCC?

  • You and your dog are encouraged to tour our facility prior to your first boarding reservation. Call to make an appointment if you’d like to tour.

Can I bring my dog’s own food?

  • For the benefit of your dog, we recommend that you bring your own food pre-bagged per serving per day to maintain your dog’s normal diet. This also helps prevent upset stomachs. However, we do provide Purina One Turkey and Venison as our premium house food for $5 per day/per dog. We can accommodate refrigeration needs as well. Please bring water and food bowls as well. We do have a few on hand in case you forget.

Can I bring my dog’s own bedding and toys?

  • We recommend and encourage you to bring anything like this that makes the transition easier for your dog. We do have a few beds on hand in case you forget.

Can my dogs stay together?

  • Yes…we have larger suites that will accommodate multiple dogs. However, unaltered dogs of opposite genders, over the age of 6 months, must be boarded in separate suites. There is a discounted rate for the second and subsequent dog(s) using the same suite.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • Our objective is to meet your needs when scheduling drop-off and pick-ups so our first question will often be…When would you LIKE to drop Fido off? When would you LIKE to pick Fido up?

  • By appointment…all drop-offs and pick-ups are done by appointment. We ask that you call/text a day or so prior to their drop-off date to schedule an appointment.

ONE-ON-ONE GUESTS

  • Yes…all dogs that are unaltered and over 6 months of age will require individual play time in the play yard.

What if my dog isn’t a fan of other dogs?

  • They can still come vacation at CCC! We understand some dogs like their own space and we will make sure your dog has solo time in the play yard. This is also good for senior dogs who you would prefer to play independently due to mobility issues.

DAYCARE PLAY GROUPS
If you want to utilize our daycare program, we will have an extensive form for you to fill out so we know where your dog is most comfortable.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Our guests will go out for early morning potty breaks followed by breakfast served to them in their suite. Next they will have play yard time in groups with like sized/temperament canine friends where they can run, splash in the sprinklers or relax in the shade while being supervised by CCC. They will retire to their suites around midday to cool down and relax and enjoy a meal if they are scheduled for lunch. In the afternoon we will repeat our morning outing playtime routine. At dinner time, all guests will retire to their suites to relax and enjoy their dinner. Your dog will have another opportunity for a potty break before bedtime. Now it is time for your pup to curl up and get tucked in after a day of fun play and socialization. Before we dim the lights, they will get goodnight snuggles and behind the ear scratches.

  • We will be offering baths for an additional fee so if your pup is going home in the morning, book a wash and go bath so they’ll go home squeaky clean and smelling fresh!

SAFETY AND SECURITY
We will have a fenced in area so your pups can play securely and safely. There will be a camera at the front of the building.

EMERGENCIES
If an emergency arises, we will contact you and your vet immediately. We will ensure a constant communication so that your dog is given the best care needed for their circumstance.

STAYING CONNECTED
We understand that you will be missing your fur baby while away so we will be happy to send photos/videos and updates to your phone so you will get to see all the fun your dog is having!
